Grupo Lar reinforces its team to manage its 300 million health projects

Grupo Lar has announced three incorporations and one internal promotion in its Residential department to manage real estate projects for the health sector, among which is the development of up to 30 senior residences for 300 million euros.

Thus, Juan Manuel Morante joins as financial director Anguilla Email List of Residencial, Carlos Sarrate as Land manager and Rubén González as technical manager, at the same time that Alejandro Garnacho , who was part of the 'Trainee Program' in the company, consolidates himself as an analyst of healthcare.

"Since at the end of last year we announced the return of Grupo Lar to the healthcare segment, we have been working to have the best team of professionals that allows us to position ourselves as leaders in the healthcare segment. We have the firm intention of generating a reference portfolio of healthcare assets in Spain with the highest standards of quality, sustainability and efficiency" stated its director of Healthcare Iberia, Javier Cámara.



Grupo Lar has an agreement with AXA IM Alts for the development of between 25 and 30 nursing homes in the main Spanish cities with an investment value of 300 million euros.  The first project, already in development, will be located in Zaragoza with a mixed nursing and mental residence strategy, with a planned investment of approximately 30 million euros.

In this way, Grupo Lar returns to this segment in which it already has experience since in 2003 it developed, together with Ballesol, 14 assets in the main cities of Spain.
